This substantial extension to the existing community centre facilities improved and enhanced the building’s flexibility by allowing independent operation of either hall, meeting rooms, sports and catering facilities.

In addition to the existing main hall, used primarily for sports activities, a second hall provided performance space with a raised stage. The provision of larger kitchen facilities and sports servery has allowed a wider range of uses for the community hall and improved and enhanced the current sports operations.
