Completed at the end of 2014, this youth facility provided the ability to link up complementary community facilities in Bramley, built adjacent to an existing community facility and ball court in Bramley (extended and developed by Macallan Penfold in 2006).

The project provides a large hall space for youth activities, a cafe area and kitchen, toilets, a small office for shared uses, and a new stand-alone storage facility for the cricket ground and some enhancements to the external areas. The project was funded by section 106 monies that came from significant redevelopment within the village. Whilst robust and secure, the building is welcoming to young people, providing useable and accessible spaces to facilitate a wide range of good quality uses.
