A detailed planning application has just been submitted for a proposed new 1800 sq m headquarters building for British Wax in Redhill. The proposed new building will be a bespoke facility for British Wax and will enable the company to consolidate its business activities, providing a warehouse, production area, storage area, first floor office and ancillary spaces. The existing buildings on the site are due for imminent demolition and the fast track programme is targeting project completion by July 2021.

Planning Approval has been received for our proposed new teaching block at Woking College, the first part of a phased masterplan to provide a strategy for future enhancement of the college campus. This new building of 925m² will provide an 8-classroom block and a supervised study area, along with staff work areas, offices and ancillary spaces.
